Shipping & Delivery

Unless otherwise requested, the furniture is delivered fully assembled and will be positioned where you want it in your outdoor area, ready for use. Order in our Melbourne or Sydney showroom and organise prompt delivery directly with the sales staff.

We deliver weekly to Perth, Adelaide, Hobart, Canberra, and Brisbane. Country deliveries are made in every state by one of our network of competent locally based delivery partners.

At Jati, we have many customers in regional Australia that live outside of the normal shipping lanes. Because Jati teak is so hardy and tough, it is an excellent choice for those who live a bit off the beaten path. But getting it there can prove a challenge sometimes!

When you select ‘custom delivery quote’ at the checkout, you are starting a process where our team will investigate different shipping options and come back to you with all the information. Once a shipping method has been agreed on, we can then process your payment separately via credit card or bank transfer.
